RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The period to make a return is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase.

RETURNS

Send us an email to info@twinandchic.com. Please use the original packaging. If you do not have it, use packaging that is as safe as possible. If the shipment is not properly packaged, it may not be accepted for return. You must also add the delivery note that you received with the order.

You should remove the old labels from your shipment and affix the return label in a place that is as visible as possible. If you cannot remove the old label, you must stick the new label on top, trying to cover the barcode on the original label.

Once we have verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, we will send you an informative email and we will refund the corresponding amount in the same payment method with which the purchase was made.

In the case of selecting another transport agency, the shipping and risk of the return will be the responsibility of the client.

Twinandchic.com reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

CHANGES

Making an exchange implies a return and a new purchase. To do this, you must process a return of the garment you want to exchange, and process a new purchase in the desired size.

In that case, you can use the shipping voucher generated when requesting the return online to make your new purchase.

The exchange period is 30 days from receipt of the purchase.
