RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The deadline for returns is 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the purchase.
Please do send an e-mail to email@example.com. You must put the items to be returned in the same box that the order came in. You must also add the delivery note you received with the order. Once we have verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, we will send you an informative email and we will refund the corresponding amount through the same form of payment with which the purchase was made.
In the event that another transport agency is selected, the postage and risk involved in the return will be borne by the customer.
Twinandchic.com reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
Carrying out an exchange involves a return and a new purchase. To do this, you must arrange to return the garment that you want to exchange, and then process a new purchase in the desired size.
In this case, to make your new purchase you can use the shipping voucher that is generated when you request an online refund.
